1993
 

  • Inauguration of freight company : Transportes Corporativos de Nuevo Laredo 1995

 

1995
 

  • Change from Local License to National License with No. 3597: Nuevo Laredo, Tamps. – Colombia, NL – Veracruz, Ver.

 

1996
 

  • Creation of PG Servicios de Logística, S. C., company name that we still work with since that date.

 

1997 – 1998
 

  • PG Air Freight starts operations at Mexico City International Airport.

 

1999 – 2001
2000

  • LLaunching of federal freight company PICUS with terminals in Nuevo Laredo, Tamps. and Tetla, Tlax., where many of our clients are located.
  • New company for transfers (international crossings), Autotransportes Corporativos de Nuevo Laredo, S.A. de C.V.
  • Inauguration of our own offices at the Port of Veracruz, PG Servicios Aduanales, S.C, same which was opened to satisfy our clients’ needs from a reliable company in that city.

 

2001

  • Inauguration of Palos Garza Forwarding en Laredo, Tx.
  • Initiation of operations through the Customs of Matamoros.

 

2002
 

  • Preventing measures of the Ministry of Treasury regarding to national licenses which were published on December 2011 and which it was allowed to these licenses only to work through the customs of affiliation and three more cities, it was incorporated to P. G. Servicios de Logística, S. C., in 2006 the license of Lic. Berenice Sarabia Castro, also operating in the customs of Nuevo Laredo, Colombia and Altamira.

 

2003
 

  • It is established the company PG Servicios Aduanales, S.C. from World Trade Center of Mexico City, where it manages all offices which are not from Laredo, Nuevo Laredo or Colombia and which currently consists of 29 more Customs, with 8 offices and other correspondent offices. All managed by Lic. Isabel Serrano, partner of Lic. Palos Garza since the year of 1997.

 

2004
 

  • The Ministry of Treasury and Public Credit (SAT) authorized Lic. C.B. Mario Palos Garza the establishment of the PHYTOSANITARY INSPECTION POINT, which is the proper establishment for imports and inspection of materials that involve inspection requirements by the Health Department and SAGARPA. These premises are located in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, World Trade International Bridge III, within the Customs area. It is important to mention that Palos Garza is the only customs agency that has its own Inspection Point at the Customs of Nuevo Laredo, Tamps.

 

2005
 

  • Creation of the American Transportation Company, Lincoln Freight Company, LLC; to carry out the service of transportation within the territory of United States, with this new enterprise, PALOS GARZA group is able to offer its clients and friends “Door-to-Door” services.

 

2006
 

  • It is added to our diversity of transportation companies, a new carrier: Indiana Transport, S.A. de C.V.

 

2008
 

  • Creation of the transportation company PG DEL GOLFO, in order to provide our clients the transportation service from and to the port of Veracruz. On that same year, it is also created IGLOO Transport, Federal Mexican Carrier, dedicated to the transportation of refrigerated and/or frozen goods.

 

2009
 

  • Our operations center, the Hub, is inaugurated in the city of Nuevo Laredo in order to have centralized all companies of the group dedicated to foreign trade under the same roof, which has allowed us to optimize timing and costs in order to provide our clients with high quality service for exports and imports.

 

2010
 

  • Inauguration of our new distribution center in the city of Laredo, Tx., PG Distribution, also designed to solve the needs
    of storage and distribution of many companies that work with us, regarding to imports and exports. These premises has USDA authorization to store and inspect merchandise of the food industry, it also has the Foreign Trade Zone regime, therefore non-USA merchandise can be stored indefinitely compared to the traditional system of the in bond warehouse, where it can only be for 15 days or at the very least and with prior authorization from US authorities, for 5 years.
  • Opening of other Customs companies, for handling shipments of our domestic clients, in the cities of:
    Altamira, Tamaulipas - PG DESPACHOS ADUANALES, S. C.
    Manzanillo, Colima - PG DEL PACIFICO, S. C.
    Hidalgo City, Chiapas - PG CENTROAMERICA, S. C.
  • All our customs clearance offices have 2 licenses in order to prevent any possible unforeseen event to our clients.

 

2011
 

  • Hub extension in Nuevo Laredo for our administration department.

 

2012
 

  • Initiation of our activities in Canada, in the city of Toronto, Ontario, which allows us to provide our “Door-to-Door” services from Mexico up to this country.
  • Extension of the Inspection Point until completing currently 53 inspection docks (13 for products that do not require refrigeration and 40 for refrigerated goods). It was also extended the paved area to 1.5 hectares to park 98 tractors and trailers, which makes us the largest Inspection Point in the entire country of Mexico.
  • It also initiated the operations of other two carriers focused to provide services in the American and Canadian markets, which are Indiana Transport USA and Igloo Transport USA.
  • On March of the present year, our Inspection Point in Nuevo Laredo obtained the authorization of SEMARNAT (Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources) to inspect lumber imports and its byproducts.
  • It was also built the Cross Docks exclusively for the transfer of refrigerated cargo in Laredo, Tx. With 20 doors built exactly next to the American Customs which makes the export process highly efficient from United States to Mexico, we have there a yard for 50 tractor trucks and 200 trailers.
  • Inauguration of our Cross Docks in Laredo, Tx., to receive shipments with temperature controlled products.

 

2013
 

  • Launching the new transportation carrier IGLOO TRANSPORT, LLC for managing refrigerated products in United States.

 

2014
 

  • Inauguration of PG Specialized for managing specialized cargo in United States and Mexico.

 

2015
 

  • Inauguration of Agrologistics Center at the HUB in Nuevo Laredo

 

2016
 

  • Inauguration of cold storage room with controlled temperature with spaces for 600 platforms in Laredo, Texas.
  • Construcción de la bodega seca para incrementar la estructura de alacena de productos secos para llegar a una capacidad de 300 mil pies cuadrados en Laredo, TX.

 

Building a dry goods warehouse to increase the storing structure of goods for dry products in order to achieve a capacity of 300 thousand square feet in Laredo, Tx.
